Welcome to Ikale Community of Philadelphia
The Ikale Community of Philadelphia (ICP) is a social, non-profit organization founded to contribute humanitarian assistance to causes related to Ikale people of Nigeria and the USA. Members of ICP share a common Ikale ancestry and are residents of the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware in the United States of America. Ikale is an ethnic Yoruba sub-group in Ondo and Ogun states of South western Nigeria.
Ikale land has endured many years of incalculable neglect in the areas of human and infrastructural development. ICP therefore seeks to harness resources from its members and donors to give back to the Ikale community and to address critical needs in the areas of youth empowerment, leadership, education, health care, conservation of the environment, etc.
ICP seeks to foster unity, integrity, hard work, leadership, good neighborliness among its members and also protect and promote the long standing friendship between the United States of America and Nigeria.
